Nothing falls through the cracks.
Loops gathers everything that's asking something of you, from your email, chats, calendar and head, into one calm inbox. Then it moves each thing forward, as far as you trust it to.
We'll email you once when there's a spot. Nothing else. Want to try it sooner? We're inviting a small group to the beta.

Inbox
2 need you · Loops has 1The things you drop aren't in one place.
The reply you meant to send. The invoice someone's chasing you for. A friend's birthday next week. The passport that expires in March.
They're spread across your inbox, three chat apps, a calendar and your head. To-do apps only know what you type in. Your email app only knows email. Nothing is watching all of it, so things slip.
One minute on how Loops works.
Send rego reminders without asking. Anything about money, ask me first.

You've sent my last 5 rego reminders without changes. Want me to send these without asking?
Confirm Thursday handover with Sam
Sam needs a yes by noon so Acme can lock Friday. You agreed the date on Monday's call.
After you send, I'll watch Gmail for Sam's reply and chase Thursday at 10.

- Step 1
Connect your email and calendar
At each connection Loops tells you plainly what it will read, and what it won't do.
“Reads your email to find what needs you. Never sends without asking.”
- Step 2
See what you'd dropped
It looks back over the last 60 days and shows the handful of things you'd most likely forgotten. Accept the real ones, dismiss the rest.
- Step 3
Tell it what's on your mind
Say or type the things that only live in your head. “Book the dentist. Renew the passport.” Each one becomes a loop.
Know at a glance who's holding each thing.
Every loop carries a ring. Solid means it's your move or Loops is on it. Dotted means you're waiting on someone, and Loops will chase if they go quiet. Your inbox only holds what needs you.
Open a loop and it's already caught up.
Where it's at in one line. The people involved. Every email, message and meeting about it, from every app, in order. And the next step, drafted in your voice, waiting for your yes.

It remembers your people, so you don't have to.
Loops learns the people, places and things in your life: birthdays, who prefers WhatsApp, when the car rego is due. Every fact shows where it came from, and you can correct anything. When something's coming up, it opens a loop before it becomes a scramble.

It does more only when you say so.
Out of the box, Loops drafts and you approve. When it's proven itself on something routine, it asks if it can handle that on its own. Your rules are plain sentences, and every action it takes is on the loop's timeline, explained, and undoable where possible.
You've sent my last 5 rego reminders without changes. Want me to send these without asking?
You're trusting it with your inbox. Here's what we promise.
Loops only works if it can read what's asking something of you. So these are built in from the first version, not added later.
Nothing leaves without you
Every outgoing message waits for your approval unless you've written a rule that allows it. Money always asks.
Never used for training
Your email, messages and memory are never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's.
Your own encryption key
Your data is encrypted with a key that belongs to your account. Delete the account and the key is destroyed, so the data is unreadable.
Forget means forget
Tell Loops to forget something and it deletes the fact and everything derived from it, not just hides it.
Every fact has a source
See everything Loops remembers about you and your people, where each fact came from, and correct it.
Every action is on the record
What the AI did, and any time our staff look at raw content to fix a problem, is logged.

Questions
What is Loops, exactly?
An inbox for everything that's open in your life. It reads the tools you already use, finds what needs you or what you're waiting on, and keeps each one as a loop until it's done.
It isn't an email client or a to-do app. Your email stays in Gmail. Loops sits on top and keeps track.
Which apps does it work with?
Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Contacts first. Tell us what else you use when you join and we'll prioritise.
Other people don't need Loops. You keep working the way you do and they never see it.
Will it send things without asking me?
No. By default Loops drafts and you approve every message before it goes. Over time it may suggest a rule, like sending routine rego reminders on its own, but only after you've approved enough of them unchanged. You say yes or no, and you can take it back any time.
What does it do with my email?
It reads it to find what needs you, and it remembers useful facts about your people (with where it learned each one). It never trains AI models on your data. You can see everything it remembers, correct it, and make it forget. Details are on the privacy page.
Which devices?
iPhone, Mac and Android first, as native apps. Windows and Linux later. There's no web app.
How much will it cost?
Pricing isn't set yet. Beta testers will hear first.
